It's super easy to manage your dog's subscription and make changes!
You can make any modifications you need to your delivery schedule before our weekly cutoff (Thursdays 11pm EST before your next order is scheduled to ship) by logging into your account or emailing us at email@example.com.
To make modifications on your own, go to "Manage Your Delivery Schedule" on your "My Account" page! Just follow these steps:
- Log in to petplate.com with your email and password
- Click “Manage Delivery Schedule” under your dog’s name
- Choose the Date you want your next shipment delivered on from the drop down menu
- Click "Update subscription"
You should see the updated date reflected on your "My Account" page under “Estimated Delivery Date.”
We'll charge your order the Friday before it ships and at that time any changes to your account will be locked - we recommend making any changes on the Thursday before your next delivery!
