Pet Plate is a fresh food, so it must be refrigerated or frozen.
Your containers will arrive frozen. You can allow them to defrost in the fridge or defrost them in the microwave.
Once a container is defrosted, it should be kept in the fridge and used within 5 days. You can keep up to a week's worth of food in the fridge at a time - the rest should be stored in the freezer. You can keep the containers in the freezer for up to 12 months. Refer to the best by date on the bottom of your containers.
Note: Because Pet Plate is a fresh food, it should not be left out of the fridge for more than two hours. If your pup doesn't gobble it up right away, toss back in the fridge for later.
