You can easily pause your subscription if you need to. This puts a freeze on your account, and you will not be billed or receive any shipments from PetPlate until you're ready for more.
Simply follow these steps:
- Log into your account using your email and password
- Click on your dog's name to navigate to the "Manage Subscription" page.
- On the subscription page, you'll see the option to "Pause Subscription" on the top.
Note: If you have an order already processing, that order will still ship even if you pause your account. Be sure to make any changes to your account by Thursday before your next order is scheduled to ship!
Whenever you're ready for more PetPlate, you can log into your account to resume your pup's meal plan. When you're resuming your subscription, simply click UnPause under your dog's name on your My Account page.
