You can easily pause your subscription if you need to for any reason! This puts a freeze on your account, and you will not be billed or receive any shipments from Pet Plate.
Simply follow these steps:
- Log into your account using your email and password
- Click on your dog's name to navigate to the "Manage Subscription" page.
- On the subscription page, you'll see the option to "Pause Subscription" on the top.
Whenever you're ready for more Pet Plate, you can reach out to us or log into your account to resume your pup's meal plan. When you're resuming your subscription, simply log into your account and click UnPause under your dog's name.
