But, if you do need to cancel your account, you can follow the steps below:
- Log into your account using your email and password
- Click on your dog's name to navigate to the "Manage Subscription" page.
- On the subscription page, you'll see the option to "Cancel Subscription" on the top.
Note: If you have an order already processing, that order will still ship even if you cancel. Be sure to make any changes to your account by Thursday before your next order is scheduled to ship!
