- Your subscription or order #
- Your tracking #
- Specific quantities affected (i.e., the number of containers)
- Photo(s) of the invoice, box, containers, and/or bags of treats/supplements (depending on what you're having an issue with!)
- Pro-Tip: if you're having an issue with a specific meal, please also include photos of the bottom of the container to include the batch information
