If you received a coupon or promo code, you can enter this code in your My Account page, at any time before we run the charge for your next order. Heads Up: We run the charges for all orders on the Friday morning before your order is scheduled to ship!
Simply follow these steps:
- Click here to get to your pup's plan information
- Click 'Manage' and scroll down for a cost breakdown under 'Plan Total'
- Click ‘Add a coupon / gift card’ to enter a promotion code*
- Click 'Submit' and your code will be saved!
*If your coupon is for Treats and/or Supplements, be sure to add Treats and/or Supplements to your box before applying the code.
