We are a subscription service that delivers ready-to-serve, FreshCooked or FreshBaked meals that are personalized according to your dog’s nutritional needs. Shipping is always free, and your pup’s meals are delivered to your door based on a delivery frequency outlined in your pup’s personalized meal plan.
We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays depending on your zip code, and offer 1-day shipping to most parts of the U.S. You will automatically receive your next order as stated in your delivery schedule.
Our meal plans come with a pre-set quantity of FreshCooked containers or FreshBaked boxes, depending on your plan. You can adjust the flavors, but you cannot adjust the quantity of meals without adjusting your meal plan. If you would like further customization, our Care team will be happy to help!
We charge for shipments on the Friday before your delivery, so if you need to make any changes to your delivery schedule make sure you log into your account by Thursday. Just email us at petcare@petplate.com if you need any assistance!
