Our recyclable, pre-portioned FreshCooked containers are safely packed in refrigerated, environmentally friendly boxes and delivered right to your door. We put just the right amount of dry ice and insulation in the box so your pup’s food can stay fresh for up to 5 days in transit.
If you decide to receive a FreshCombo plan (with our FreshBaked boxes), Supplements, or Treats, these will be packed alongside your FreshCooked entrées. Our FreshBaked solo plans will not include dry ice as they are shelf stable.
Our box, liner, container holders, and dry ice holder can all be recycled in your curbside cardboard bin. As always, our FreshCooked containers can be recycled in your glass/metal/plastic recycle bin.
Your FreshCooked containers should always arrive frozen, or cold to the touch! If not, reach out to us at petcare@petplate.com and one of our PetCare Specialists will be sure to help make it right. (All other products do not need to be frozen)
