To get to the cancel function on your end, simply follow these steps:
- Click here to go to the ‘Pets and Subscriptions’ page
- Click on your dog's name, or 'manage' to get to their subscription page.
- On the subscription page, you'll see the option to 'Cancel Subscription' on the right (or bottom if you are using a mobile device)
Note: If you have an order already processing/paid for, that order will still ship even if you cancel. Be sure to make any changes to your account by Thursday before your next order is scheduled to ship.
