Why are prices changing?
Beginning April 21, 2026, we are adjusting pricing on select meal plans and premium protein surcharges.
Over the past few years, the cost of responsibly sourced meats and high-quality ingredients has increased significantly, particularly for certain proteins. To maintain our human-grade standards and consistent service, we’ve made targeted pricing updates where necessary.
We remain committed to ingredient quality and never compromise on safety or sourcing standards.
When does this take effect?
Updated pricing applies to orders processed on or after April 21, 2026.
You can review your updated pricing in your My Account page at any time.
No action is required if you wish to remain on your current plan.
How much is my plan increasing?
Plan adjustments vary. Your specific pricing is available in your My Account page here.
There will be a pop-up when you log in with your new daily price. If you dismiss the pop-up, you can always click back into it via the banner at the top of your page.
*Please note that your full box cost under "Plan Total" will not update until April 21st. You can only view the daily cost at this time.
What is changing with premium protein surcharges?
Due to significant increases in sourcing costs, the following surcharges will update:

| Turkey | $0.00 per unit | $0.25 per unit |
| Beef* | $0.25 per unit | $0.25 per unit |
| Lamb | $0.50 per unit | $1.75 per unit |
| Venison | $1.00 per unit | $1.50 per unit |
*Beef has no change to the current surcharge, but is included here for visibility.
**Chicken has no surcharge at this time.
Surcharges are added to your base plan price and are shown in your My Account page included in the full plan price.
Can I adjust my plan?
Yes. If you would like to reduce your cost, you may consider:
• Switching to a protein with a lower surcharge, like Chicken, Beef, or Turkey
• Moving to a Topper plan
• Exploring FreshBaked options
• Extending your delivery frequency, which one of our PetCare Specialists can do for you
